Default 150 skills?? Am I understanding correctly?

I read through the manual and alot of posts and i've seens that it says there are 150 skills per "character." Does this mean: 150 skills per class; 150 skills per primary class + secondary class; or 150 skills total offered in the guild wars game? Thanks, also one more question, is the skills chart on this website correct? As in does it have the exact amount of skills for each class, or is this just what has been found so far. Thanks a bunch everyone!

There are around 75 skills per class. So with primary and secondary you have a total of 150 to choose from.

The list on this site has most of the skills, though I have seen at least one (maybe 2) skill ingame not on the list.

Does this include the "elite" skills. Also I read that rangers can effect the weather, does this mean they can make it rain ect.? The reason I asked if the skill chart was right is that, I looked at the ranger skills, and beast mastery had alot more then preparation did. Wouldn't that make those who had preparation as a mean attribute weak and not have many skills? Thanks a bunch!

Not that I'm aware of. They have spirit skills that can effect everything around them tho that might be considered a type of weather...

Preparation is not an attribute. There are attributes that have more skills than others, this doesn't make them weaker, they just have less options.
